Thanks for your patience.
I'm guessing that you're at a kind of crossroads in your life--a spot that's asking something different from you. Whether in thoughts, mindsets, feelings, behaviors, or identity, these shifts will hopefully allow you to accelerate toward the more fulfilling life you want with more confidence and clarity.
In the midst of life transitions, sitting with big grief, managing chronic illness, reckoning with the impacts of trauma, navigating a lot of stress, holding anxiety about the state of the world, and/or wondering about the challenges experienced in relationship, we're really aiming for change... expansion of who we are and how we can show up to the life in front of us.
If this sounds like something you're experiencing or you're a person who works in wilderness or outdoor contexts, in first response (SAR, ski patrol, law enforcement, fire, EMT), or the education space, I might be able to offer the support you're hoping for. If you're ready to move forward, you can reach out to schedule a free, 20-minute consultation here. If you're not quite ready or have some other questions, well, I've got some more information here for you!

I like to take a holistic and pragmatic approach to our work together, showing up authentically and bringing a sense of levity and humor. I'm a relational therapist at the core and believe in the power of our therapeutic relationship to shape growth and change. I hold a strengths-based lens so we can recognize what's already working, but I'm not afraid to challenge you a bit! I aim to create a warm, open space for you to engage in deep, honest exploration. While we'll do heavy and difficult work, we also get to find connection and some ease in the midst of it all, too.
I incorporate strategies from a variety of modalities and theories as they suit you, your goals, and your style. I draw often from parts-based modalities like Internal Family Systems (IFS) and from Narrative Therapy but also utilize strategies from Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
